Ava turns 6!

I remember so clearly being uncomfortable as a prego-saurus. I couldn't wait for it to be over even though its almost the shortest part of having a baby. Those last weeks leading up to delivery felt like years! (Am I right ladies?!)

Labor wasn't exactly what I'd call a fun ride, but then this crazy thing called birth happened and there was this tiny human. A little princess that we had been waiting almost a year to meet. And then and even crazier thing happened- they let us take said tiny human HOME. And now tiny human is this super sassy, sponge full of wonder, and glitter, and belly laughs, and she brings so much J-O-Y (among other things...) to our life!

Ava makes me one proud mama. I love her so fiercely. She is my heart, my reason, my partner, my co-pilot, my shopping buddy, and favorite little model. My heart is in denial that she's six. SIX! A whole six years old! But I'm loving every minute of watching her grow.
